Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Tepe-Kurgan, Aravan District, Osh Region. Graduated from KGMI (1986).
Worked as an assistant at the KGMI department, senior researcher at KIL, leading specialist in the Department of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, director of the Chui Regional Health Center, leading expert of the "Manas" program, coordinator of the TCC component, deputy head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, acting associate professor at the Management Center of MUK, deputy director of the RCNPMiFR, and since 2001 - vice-rector for educational and scientific work at KGMI and PPK.
Specialist in medical statistics and health economics.
Published over 70 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 11 educational and methodological manuals.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
