Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyzyl-Dyikan, Uzgen district, Osh region.
Graduated from the Faculty of Physics of KGU (1953), postgraduate studies there (1956).
Worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, dean, and since 1988 - head of the department at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of solid-state physics. Honored worker of public education.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 6 textbooks and teaching aids.
