Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyrgyz-Ata, Nookat District, Osh Region.
Graduated from OGPI (1960), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1964).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, and from 1977 - head of the department at Osh State University. Specialist in the field of differential equations.
Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kirghiz SSR (1985). Published more than 60 scientific works, including 4 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 4 candidate dissertations were defended.
