Russian. Born in Frunze.
Graduated from KSHI (1954), postgraduate studies at the Leningrad Energy Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1957).
Worked as a senior researcher, head of the laboratory at the Academy of the Kirghiz SSR, head of the laboratory and department at VNIIKAMS (Frunze), and since 1993 - leading researcher at the Research Institute of Irrigation. Specialist in the integrated irrigation-energy use of water resources and automation of hydromelioration systems.
Awarded medals of the USSR, a Certificate of Honor, and an Honorary Certificate from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR.
Published over 100 scientific works, including 5 monographs and 20 author certificates.
Under his supervision, 12 candidate dissertations have been defended.
