Graduated from FPI (1971), postgraduate studies at Moscow State University (1976), and doctoral studies there (1991). Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the FPI department, dean of KTU, chief engineer - chief hydrogeologist of the Ministry of Geology, associate professor at KGMI, head of the management of the State Agency for Intellectual Property, head of the department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, responsible secretary of the Board of Directors of JSC "Kyrgyzenergo," head of the department at Bishkek Financial and Economic Academy, professor, head of the department at KG-MI, and since 2002 - professor at KTU "Manas".
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (2001).
Specialist in the fields of engineering geology, geoecology, hydrogeology, and soil mechanics.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 3 author certificates, a glossary, and brochures.
