Graduated from Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1950), postgraduate studies at KSU (1957).
Worked as a teacher at the Kyzyl-Kiya Mining Technical School, teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at KGNU, PIRYAL, professor at BGU, and since 1995 - professor at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of modern Russian language and general linguistics.
Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
Under his supervision, 6 candidate dissertations have been defended.
