Russian. Born in the city of Fergana, Uzbek SSR. Graduated from KSU (1965).
Worked as a senior technician-botanist at Kyrgyzgiprozem, laboratory assistant, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the laboratory, deputy director for scientific work, and director of the Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of botany, plant physiology, introduction, and selection of fruit plants.
Awarded medals of the USSR.
Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published more than 70 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
