Kyrgyz. Born in the town of Kok-Yangak, Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Graduated from KGMI (1962), and completed clinical residency and postgraduate studies there (1967).
Worked as the chief physician of a rural hospital, assistant, associate professor at KGMI, deputy director for scientific work, and since 2000 - deputy director for medical work - chief physician of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in internal medicine. Awarded
a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1980), the "Dank" medal (1998).
Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz SSR (1982). Published more than 150 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 1 invention.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
