Graduated from KSU (1972), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1976).
Worked as a teacher in secondary school, lecturer at KGNU, junior researcher at the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, and since 1995 - head of the department at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin.
Specialist in the field of chemistry, chemical technology, and methods of teaching chemistry. Honored Coach of the Kyrgyz Republic.
President of the Federation "Ordo" of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 3 textbooks, 1 author's certificate, and more than 10 methodological manuals.
