Graduated from KSU (1984), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1990), doctoral studies at KRSU (2000).
Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer, and associate professor at KSU and KRSU; currently a professor in the Department of Physics at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of gas discharge plasma physics.
Published more than 70 scientific works.
Under his supervision, one candidate's dissertation has been defended.
