Graduated from Leningrad Law Institute (1949), postgraduate studies at KGU (1966). Worked as a prosecutor, head of the criminal judicial department of the Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz SSR, in the Bar Association of the Republic, as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at KGNU, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at Karaganda State University, head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Institute of State and Law of the Kyrgyz SSR, professor, and since 1993 - head of the department and professor at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of KGNU.
Specialist in the field of jurisprudence. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published more than 90 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 7 textbooks, and teaching aids.
Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
