Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kochkor, Kochkor District, Naryn Region.
Graduated from KGMI (1978), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Medical Genetics of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1982).
Worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, and since 1995 - head of the Department of Medical Biology, Genetics, and Parasitology at KGMA.
Specialist in the field of medical genetics, pathophysiology, and parasitology.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.

1. Some methods of selecting individuals sent to the mountains (in the book "Adaptation of the organism to natural and ecosocial environmental conditions" (co-authored). Bishkek, 1998.
