Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Uch-Aral, Alakol District, Taldykorgan Region, Kazakhstan.
Graduated from Leningrad State University (Leningrad, 1963), and completed postgraduate studies there (1966).
Worked as a junior researcher, scientific secretary, deputy director of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, senior researcher at KazGU (Almaty), senior researcher at FPI, senior researcher and head of the laboratory at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, senior researcher, leading researcher at the NIS FPI, associate professor at KTU, senior researcher at "TEKOM LTD", and since 1996 - head of the research department at KGUSTA. Specialist in the field of mechanics of deformable solid bodies.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 3 monographs.
