Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Eryktu, Jayil District, Chui Region.
Graduated from Frunze Agricultural Technical School (1962), Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute (1970), postgraduate studies at Kyrgyz Research Institute of Livestock (1974), and the Higher Party School (Tashkent, 1986).
Worked as an accountant, livestock specialist at a collective farm, junior researcher, chief livestock specialist, deputy director, and director of the experimental farm of Kyrgyz Research Institute of Livestock, chairman of the Panfilov District Executive Committee, first secretary of the Talas Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic, general director of the State Scientific Production Association "Asyl-Mal", president of the Agricultural Cooperative "Asyl-Mal", director, and since 1996 - deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Livestock and head of the village government. Specialist in livestock breeding. Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1980), medals of the USSR and the Kyrgyz Republic.
Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993).
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 8 inventions.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 1 candidate dissertation were defended.
