Russian. Born in the village of Lenin, Uzgen District, Osh Region.
Graduated from KSHI (1971), and completed postgraduate studies there (1981).
Worked as an electrical winder at a factory, assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor at KSHI, head of the hydrotechnics cycle at the Polytechnic Agricultural Institute in the Republic of Mali, head of the department, professor at KAA, and since 1998 - professor, head of the "Hydrotechnical Construction" program at KRSU. Specialist in the field of hydraulics of supercritical flows and hydrotechnical structures.
Published over 100 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 3 textbooks, and 21 inventions.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
