Korean. Born in Primorsky Krai.
Graduated from KSHI (1949), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR (1952).
Worked as a senior researcher at the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, associate professor, head of the department at the Semipalatinsk Veterinary Institute, head of the department, deputy director of KirNIIZh, deputy general director of the NPO for Animal Husbandry.
Specialist in the field of physiology of digestion and feeding of agricultural animals.
Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor and the medal of the USSR. Honored Animal Scientist of the Kirghiz SSR (1976).
Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 27 candidate dissertations were defended.
Published more than 250 scientific works, including 3 monographs.
