Russian. Born in the city of Karpinsk, Sverdlovsk region, RF.

Graduated from Karpinsk Mining Technical School (1963), Tomsk State University (1969).

Worked as a mining master, senior engineer, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, associate professor at KRSU, and since 2001 - head of the marketing and innovation department of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Specialist in the field of mining production, solid-state physics, and condensed systems.

Published more than 60 scientific papers, including 2 inventions.

Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.

1. On thermally stimulated topochemical reactions occurring on the surface of monocrystals (co-authored). Proceedings of the USSR Academy of Sciences, physical series, No. 11, 1977, pp. 2330-2335.
