Uzbek. Born in the village of Aravan, Aravan District, Osh Region.
Graduated from OGPi (1962), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR (1965).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at OGPi, deputy dean of Osh State University, head of the department at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek Technological College, and since 2000 - vice-rector for part-time education and professor at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University.
Specialist in the field of mathematical methods in economics.
Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999). Awarded medals of the USSR.
Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published more than 100 scientific works, including 5 monographs and 17 educational and methodological manuals.
