Worked as a senior engineer at the Institute of Soil Science of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, junior researcher at the State Research Institute of Land Resources of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture, senior researcher at the Forest Department of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, senior researcher at the Institute of Mountain Soil Science, and since 1999 - leading researcher at the BP Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in soil science.
Published more than 40 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
