Kazakh. Born in the village of Kara-Balta, Kalinin District.
Graduated from KSMI (1963), postgraduate studies at the A.N. Bakulev Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1970).
Worked as a teacher at the Kyzyl-Kiy Medical College, physician at the Central District Hospital, assistant at the Department of General Surgery at KSMI, senior researcher at the KNIIC, head of the medical cybernetics sector, head of the department of cardiac surgery and angiography, and since 1995 - head of the pediatric cardiac surgery department at the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy.
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999). Honored Physician of the Kyrgyz Republic (1989).
Specialist in the field of cardiovascular surgery.
Published more than 140 scientific works, including 1 textbook and 11 rational proposals.
Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
