Uzbek. Born in the city of Osh.
Graduated from the Frunze Construction Technical School (1958), Tashkent Polytechnic Institute (1965), and postgraduate studies in Rostov-on-Don (1979).
Worked as a mechanic at a bus depot, senior engineer at an auto trust, head of the Batken, Karasuu, and Osh passenger bus depots, chief engineer of an auto trust, head of Osh cargo bus depot No. 4, at the Osh FPI, research associate at the KIPR YUKUNTS of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, and since 1997 - Professor at OshTU.
Specialist in the field of chemistry and technology of composite materials.
Academician of the IA KR, MIA.
Awarded the medal of the USSR.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 3 monographs and patents in England and the USA. Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 8 candidate dissertations have been defended.
