Russian. Born in the village of Buruldai, Kemin District, Chui Region.
Graduated from Frunze Hydromelioration Technical School (1959), KSAHI (1969), postgraduate studies there (1974).
Worked as a hydraulic engineer at the Water Management and Land Reclamation Ministry of the Kirghiz SSR, laboratory assistant, assistant at KSAHI, professor at the Institute of Hydrotechnics and Melioration of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, head of the department, dean of KSAHI, since 1996 - vice-president, professor at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin. Specialist in the field of melioration and irrigated agriculture, automated hydraulic structures of irrigation systems in the foothill zone.
Awarded the medal "For Long-Term Diligent Work" (1986).
Published more than 110 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 20 educational and methodological manuals, 20 author certificates, and 3 patents of the Russian Federation and 2 patents of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
