Russian. Born in Samarkand, Uzbek SSR. Graduated from KGU (1960).
Worked as a junior research fellow at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, head of a group, head of a laboratory, head of a department at VNIIKAMS, head of the Department of FPI, KASI.
Specialist in the field of water management systems.
Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 3 monographs.
Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations were defended.
