Worked as a senior inspector, head of the Department of Culture of the KR Ministry of Culture, head of the Department of KSU, head of the Department of the Ministry of Education (Ministry of Higher Education) of the KR, deputy director, head of the Department of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the KR, since 1999 - head of the Department at the I. Arabaev KSPU.
Specialist in labor law.
Awarded with orders of the Great Patriotic War (4), medals of the USSR (13), and a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Honored Lawyer of the KR (2001). More than 320 scientific works published, including 11 monographs and 3 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 doctoral and 22 candidate dissertations have been defended.
