Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kairma-Aryk, Ak-Suu district, Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from KGMI (1975).
Worked as a junior and senior research fellow, and since 1980 - head of the research department of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Cardiology.
Specialist in cardiology. Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1996). Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of the Kirghiz SSR (1986).
Published more than 210 scientific works, including 3 inventions.
Under his supervision, 10 candidate dissertations have been defended.
