Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Koodul, Toktogul District, Jalal-Abad Region.
Graduated from KSHI (1953), postgraduate studies at the IBF of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1967).
Worked as a senior livestock specialist at the Ministry of Agriculture, chief livestock specialist of the Ton District, director of a state farm, breeding farm, senior researcher, head of the sector, and since 1973 - head of the department at KyrgNIIZH.
Specialist in sheep breeding. Awarded medals of the USSR and certificates of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR (1958, 1966).
Honored Livestock Specialist of the Kirghiz SSR (1981). Published more than 130 scientific works, including 19 monographs and books.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
