Graduated from Samarkand Cooperative Institute (1968), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov (1975).
Worked as a lecturer at Samarkand Cooperative Institute, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, deputy dean, dean of KGNU, deputy minister of higher and secondary specialized education of the Kyrgyz SSR, first vice-rector, vice-rector for academic affairs of KGNU, MUK, since 2000 - rector of the International Academy of Management, Law, Finance, and Business.
Specialist in the field of accounting, analysis, and auditing.
Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993).
Awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples (1982). Honored Worker of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (1994).
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 textbooks.
