Graduated from KSHI (1962), postgraduate studies at FPI (1968), doctoral studies at BPI, MADI (Moscow, 1991).
Worked as head of the workshop at a breeding farm, assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, leading researcher, professor, head of the FPI department, head of the KAA department, since 2000 - director of the Institute of Transport and Communications, head of the INTRANSCOM department at KGUSTA.
Specialist in the theory of operational properties and design of automobiles and tractors.
Academician of the International Academy of Higher Education (1994), IA KR (1998), International IA (2001).
Awarded the medal "For Diligent Labor" (1970).
Published over 170 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, and 18 teaching aids.
Under his supervision, a doctoral dissertation and 7 candidate dissertations have been defended.
