Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jenish, Talas District, Talas Region.
Graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute named after V.I. Lenin (1975), postgraduate studies at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Moscow, 1980).
Worked as a lecturer at the FPI, trainee lecturer, engineer at Bauman MSTU, head of the Automated Control Systems laboratory, head of the Automated Control Systems department at VNIIKAMS, head of the laboratory, deputy director for scientific work, and since 2000 - director of the Institute of Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of automation and informatization of management.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
