Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1949), postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute (1953).
Worked as a senior lecturer, dean of KJPI, director, head of the department at OGPI, research fellow at the Institute of the Party under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, associate professor, head of the department, professor at KSU. Specialist in the history of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan.
Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published over 70 scientific works.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
