Worked as a teacher at a secondary school, junior researcher at the Institute of Language and Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, lecturer at KGU, senior lecturer, associate professor at PIRYAL, GIAHN, BGU, senior researcher, head of the department at BGU, organizer of the private educational school “Altynai”, and since 2001 - professor at BGU.
Specialist in the field of philological sciences.
Academician of the International Public Aitmatov Academy (1994).
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 8 textbooks.
