Ormonbekov Tynymbek Ormonbekovich (1945)

Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Akchi-Karasuu, Toktogul District, Jalal-Abad Region.
Graduated from KSU (1969), postgraduate studies at MSU (1975).
Worked as an assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, head of the Department of FPI, deputy chairman, chairman of the Committee on Science and New Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, and deputy minister of education, science, and culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, deputy director of the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 2002 - head of the social policy department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of theoretical and applied mechanics, technology of basalt fibers.
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993), New York Academy of Sciences (1995), International Academy of Informatization (1999).
Awarded medals of the USSR.
Honored Figure of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published more than 80 scientific works, including 10 monographs and 1 textbook.
Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 11 candidate dissertations have been defended.
