Kyrgyz. Born in the village of K. Marx in the Kant district.
Graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (1946).
Worked in party organs, director of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, director of the Institute of the Party of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan.
Specialist in the history of the party. Awarded medals of the USSR, Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR.
Published more than 80 scientific works.
One of the authors of "History of the Kirghiz SSR" in 2 volumes.
