Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Leninpol, Leninpol District, Osh Region.
Graduated from K.S. Skrjabin Agricultural Institute (1968).
Worked as a junior and senior research associate at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Agriculture, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department at K.S. Skrjabin Agricultural Institute, and since 1997 - head of the department at the Kyrgyz Agrarian University named after K.S. Skrjabin.
Specialist in the field of agricultural mechanization and crop production.
Laureate of the Youth Prize in Science and Technology (1979), Honored Rationalizer of the Kyrgyz Republic (1983).
Published more than 130 scientific works, including 8 monographs, 8 recommendations, 4 inventions, and 42 rationalization proposals.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
