Russian. Born in the Taldykorgan region of Kazakhstan.
Graduated from KSU (1952), and completed postgraduate studies there (1955).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, and head of the department at higher educational institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at the Osh Higher Technological College, and since 2001 - professor at Osh State University.
Specialist in economic theory on property issues.
Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor and medals of the USSR.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1995).
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 3 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
