Russian. Born in the village of Pestravka, Pestravsky District, Samara Region, Russia.

Graduated from Tashkent Pedagogical Institute named after Nizami (1950), postgraduate studies at Leningrad Pedagogical Institute named after A.I. Herzen.

Worked as head of the department at the pedagogical institute, senior lecturer, head of the department, associate professor at KZPI, associate professor at the Republican Institute for Advanced Teacher Training, professor at KIO, and since 1995 - professor at KRSU.

Specialist in the field of developmental and educational psychology.

Academician of the New York Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Educational and Social Sciences.

Awarded Honorary Certificates and the USSR Medal.

Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph, methodological and educational aids.

Under her supervision, 8 candidate dissertations have been defended.
