Russian. Born in the city of Tikhoretsk, Krasnodar Krai, Russia.
Graduated from Tomsk State University (1959).
Worked as an assistant in the department, lecturer at TSU, senior engineer at the observatory, research associate, head of the laboratory at KyrgyzNIIO of the Ministry of Energy of the USSR, head of the Department of Meteorology at KGU, currently - head of the Department at KRSU.
Specialist in mountain meteorology and climatology.
Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1977).
Published over 150 scientific works, including 10 monographs.
Under his supervision, 10 candidate dissertations have been defended.
