Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jal, Nookat District, Osh Region.

Graduated from KSAI (1969), and completed postgraduate studies there (1974).

Worked as an assistant at the department, head of the preparatory department, associate professor, vice-rector for distance learning, director of the educational and experimental farm, vice-rector for scientific work at KSAI, head of the department, and since 2001 - dean of the Kyrgyz Agricultural University named after K.I. Skryabin.

Specialist in the field of livestock breeding.

Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Kirghiz SSR (1983), medal of the KR (1995).

Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of Kyrgyzstan in the field of science and technology (1978).

Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 4 inventions.

Under his supervision, 4 doctoral and 10 candidate dissertations have been defended.

1. Reproduction of fine-wool ewes depending on the age of the first insemination. Bishkek, 1992.
2. Biotechnology of breeding purebred sheep (co-authored). Bishkek, 1995.
