Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Chepelk, Ak-Suu District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from FPI (1961), postgraduate studies at Kyrg. NIIOE (1963).
Worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, dean of the energy faculty at FPI, head of the department at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR, director of the Karakol branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1994 - professor at KTU named after I. Razzakov.
Specialist in the field of electric power engineering.
Academician of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic (1996).
Awarded medals "For Valorous Labor" (1970), "Dank".
Honored Energy Specialist of the Kyrgyz SSR (1980).
Published more than 120 scientific works, including 11 monographs and inventions.
