Worked as an assistant at KGU, lecturer, senior lecturer, dean of the correspondence department at KJPI, head of the department, director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Professional Development at KGPU named after I. Arabaev, since 2000 - head of the department at KGPU named after I. Arabaev.
Specialist in the field of general and preschool pedagogy.
Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences of the Russian Federation (APSN RF) (1995). Awarded medals of the USSR and KR.
Honored Worker of Science of the KR. Laureate of the I. Arabaev Prize.
Published more than 250 scientific works, including 8 monographs, 2 anthologies, and 6 textbooks.
Under her supervision, 15 candidate dissertations have been defended.
