Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Saru, Jety-Oguz district, Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from KSHI (1965).
Worked as a club manager, accountant, assistant brigadier, livestock technician-breeder, chief livestock technician of a collective farm, senior economist, head of the sector at the Central Research Institute of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, associate professor, senior lecturer, dean of KSHI, and since 1993 - head of the department at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin.
Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1991) and medals of the USSR.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 6 textbooks.
