Graduated from Frunze Medical School (1959), KGMU (1968).
Worked as a pharmacological inspector in the regional health management, state inspector, head of department, deputy chief physician of the Regional SES, head of the regional health department, head of the department at Osh State University, director of the branch of RCNPMiFR, and since 1999 - dean of the medical faculty at Osh State University.
Specialist in healthcare and epidemiology.
Awarded the Order of "Friendship of Peoples," a certificate from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, and a medal from the Kyrgyz Republic. Honored Physician of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 1 invention.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
