Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Baytik, Alamudun district, Chui region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Graduated from Samarkand Institute of National Economy (1936), doctoral studies at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1951).
Worked as a referent for the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR, a lecturer at the Financial and Economic Technical School, chairman of the city planning committee, regional planning committee of Bukhara region, Uzbek SSR, chairman of the regional planning committee of Frunze region, People's Commissar of Education, head of the department of the Kyrgyz branch of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, deputy chairman of the State Planning Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR, senior researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, head of the department at KGMU, vice-rector, head of the department, professor at KGU, and since 1993 - professor-consultant at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of national economy.
Awarded the Orders of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Badge of Honor (2), medals of the USSR (15), and certificates of honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz SSR (1951). Published more than 200 scientific works, including 5 monographs.
Under his supervision, 12 candidate dissertations were defended.
