Graduated from Moscow State University (1931).
Worked at the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, Vice-President of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, Deputy Director of the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Specialist in the field of radiophysics.
Awarded two orders and medals.
Published more than 30 scientific papers.
