Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Syntash, Issyk-Ata District, Chui Region.
Graduated from FPI (1956), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1965).
Worked as a senior geologist at the Geological Management of the Kirghiz SSR, senior research fellow at the Institute of Seismology of the Academy of Sciences, chief research fellow, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Specialist in the field of neotectonic processes of the Tian Shan and natural destructive phenomena.
Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993). Published more than 50 scientific works, including 3 monographs.
