Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Haidarkan, Kadamjai District, Batken Region.
Graduated from Leningrad State University (Leningrad, 1973), postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1979).
Worked at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the Department of Science and New Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 2001 - Professor at I. Razakov Kyrgyz Technical University. Specialist in the field of mathematical modeling of deformation and failure processes of elastoplastic, semi-brittle, and brittle materials.
Published more than 30 scientific works.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
