Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Orto-Aryk, Panfilov District, Chui Region.
Graduated from Kirgosped Institute (1957), postgraduate studies at Kyrg. NIIIP (1965).
Worked as a teacher, deputy director of a secondary school, research associate, head of the sector at Kyrg. NIIIP, and since 1992 - Professor at KGPU named after I. Arabayev. Specialist in the methodology of teaching the Kyrgyz language.
Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic (1983).
Laureate of the I. Arabayev Prize (2000).
Published more than 200 scientific works, including a number of textbooks for primary grades: “Baichchekek”, “Oktyabryata”, “Alippe” and “Kyrgyz Language” for 4th grade (1975-2000).
