Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Barskoon, Jetiguz District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from KGNU (1972).
Worked as a lecturer at the Frunze Technicum of Soviet Trade, junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher, leading researcher of the laboratory of analytical chemistry, group leader, and since 1998 - head of the laboratory of geobotany at the BP Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of ecological botany and ecology.
Published more than 90 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 8 inventions.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
