Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ak-Terek, Jalpak-Tash rural council, Uzgen district, Osh region.
Graduated from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute named after the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1990), postgraduate studies (1995), and doctoral studies (2000) at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Worked as a lecturer at the Osh branch of the FPI, senior researcher, leading researcher at the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 2000 - head of the "Optoelectronics" laboratory at the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and head of the "Radioelectronics" department at the I. Razakov Kyrgyz Technical University.
Specialist in the field of optical holography and optical information processing: transmission, recording/retrieval, and storage of information.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
