Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyzyl-Oktyabr in the Uzgen district of the Osh region.
Graduated from Osh State Pedagogical Institute (1975), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Mechanics and Seismic Resistance of Structures of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, 1983).
Worked as a lecturer at OGP, a research intern, a senior researcher at the Institute of Mechanics and Seismic Resistance of Structures of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, senior lecturer, associate professor at OGP, and since 1994 - head of the department at Osh State University.
Specialist in the theory of partial differential equations. Corresponding member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999).
Published over 70 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 4 educational-methodological manuals.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
